The Brief
As Paragon Design Build became one of Winnipeg’s most active infill developers, they had plans to launch a property management division to become a fully integrated luxury rental company. This growth provided Paragon a natural opportunity to evolve the brand to reflect its expanded offering, and thus the Paragon Living luxury lifestyle brand was born.

Paragon Living aims to help their residents thrive and their communities prosper. As a company that offers concierge-style service and online convenience, they needed to extend this high-end value proposition across all their channels to appeal to renters and position their brand as the leading luxury rental experience.

The Challenge
Having been Paragon’s long-term media production and marketing partner, Prolex Media was tasked with implementing the brand evolution across all digital channels as well as delivering premium content to offer value and build meaningful relationships with residents and prospective renters.

While Paragon Design Build’s content catered more to a development industry audience, Paragon Living’s focus is on residents and prospective renters. The key challenge of the project was to adapt our content strategy to a new target audience and deliver the content they need, where they need it.

The Solution
Prolex built a new website that integrates an intuitive end-to-end online rental experience and focuses on Paragon’s community-building initiatives. While the website acts as the central content hub, we also built out strategies for value-focused videos, a monthly email newsletter, as well as specialized newsletters for people on the waitlists for up-and-coming Paragon projects in development.

To reach, engage, and interest prospective renters, we created and delivered video and social content relative to tenant needs, including topics like finance, lifestyle, interior design, renting, and moving. We worked with Paragon Living to produce virtual tours for prospective renters, instructional videos for new and current residents, as well as general luxury-rental lifestyle advice. Different members of the Paragon team presented in the videos to put faces to the brand and build trust and familiarity.

The Result
Our working partnership with Paragon Living has resulted in many great successes. Through our digital marketing efforts, we’ve helped Paragon Living fully lease four properties within months of opening. The Paragon Living monthly newsletters has thousands of subscribers, and Prolex has helped gain more than 12.5K followers for Paragon Living on their various social platforms.
