The Situation / Challenges

AIMday connects academia and organizations for knowledge exchange by matching organizational needs with academic expertise through small group discussions on actual problems from different disciplines. The video aims to increase industry buy-in and public trust and incentivize collaborations between academia and industries, while also inspiring and educating viewers. The goal is to showcase potential and secure funding by making the video enjoyable and engaging.

Prolex Media planned, coordinated and shot interview-style case studies featuring AIMDay industry and academic participants to tell the unique stories behind the collaborations, highlight the key values, and explain how AIMday works through an inspirational tone and engaging style.

The Result

The final product checked all the boxes for MIAP and is now being used as and engaging promotional tool via  channels like Social Media (Vimeo), Bi-monthly newsletter, website, and potentially news media in the future + showing at the symposium
